I am Luca La Capria. I've practiced sport since childhood — competitive football, then competitive running on 10–12 km — and for over a decade I've designed training journeys for everyday people of all ages, amateur athletes and professionals.
The Fit & Wellness method is born at the intersection of three disciplines: training science (strength, HIIT, running, posture), functional nutrition and neuro-wellness. My mission is to practically support you in rebuilding mind and body, for your wellbeing and your longevity.
I work 1-on-1, in small groups, and online — both in person and remotely. I work with people with postural issues, those who want to regain shape and energy, and athletes seeking concrete progress. No generic formulas: only precision training built for the long run.
